Sales dept. was great. The Finance Dept. needs some work. When describing the warranty packages the finance associate must divulge in greater detail the terms an was great. When describing the warranty packages the finance associate must divulge in greater detail the terms and conditions associated with the product being presented for sale. Had that level of details been forthcoming I would NOT have agreed to the Compass Extended Warranty Package. In order to consider my next purchase from this dealership there must some level of TRUST that my best interest is their main focus. That is not apparent to me.
