We were in the market for our first-ever vehicle lease, and after considering the pros and cons, it seemed like the best choice for us. We had a few vehicles in mind and test drove a lot of options. Some were too narrow, overpriced, lacked incentives, had loud engines, or cluttered dashboards. We also had a frustrating experience with a sales rep who was arrogant, demanding, and wouldn’t provide any numbers—even after we gave permission to run our credit, which we knew was great. Then, my spouse stumbled upon an Instagram ad for Infiniti and their fantastic lease offers. Honestly, Infiniti hadn’t been on our radar, but we decided to visit Infiniti of Ontario to explore the deal. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by our salesperson, Walter P, who immediately showed us the mid-size SUV we were interested in. He provided clear, straightforward lease numbers and without any pressure. It was a refreshing experience—no sales tactics or unnecessary back-and-forth, which we loved. The incentives, deals, and hassle-free process made it an easy decision. Infiniti offered the best price, luxury, and overall experience compared to other dealerships. Walter, along with TJ in finance, were incredible—both were knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel welcome every step of the way. If the end of our lease goes as smoothly as the beginning, Infiniti has earned us as lifetime customers. I’m already encouraging family members to check out Infiniti.
