Avoid this dealership if you can. They hid information about hail damage on the carfax until signing and then minimized its significance to push the deal through, then 5 years later w They hid information about hail damage on the carfax until signing and then minimized its significance to push the deal through, then 5 years later when I went to trade it in, they waited until the deal was negotiated and brought it up at the last second, halving the trade-in value. The sales manager TD, used every underhanded sales tactic I know of in our interactions and once we had agreed to a trade-in value, they sold the car I had been working with them to buy out from under me as I was headed up there to sign. They regularly have BBB complaints filed against them, it is a very long list. Think long and hard before doing business with Phil Long Ford. Additionally, for the issue that had me considering a purchase/trade in, their service dept estimated $400-$1000 to repair. It took 5 minutes of reading and about 20 minutes of work to find and fix the issue myself. More
