Kari is the best service advisor I’ve ever had the the pleasure of working with. Not only does she do her job well, but she’s so friendly and courteous. Really going steps beyond to keep me updated about pleasure of working with. Not only does she do her job well, but she’s so friendly and courteous. Really going steps beyond to keep me updated about my car, replying back to me in a timely manner, and she’s really made Kia feel like home. I don’t just feel like a “customer”. Kari has made me feel important. When my car was in for a week, she was very apologetic even when it wasn’t her fault. She was very insistent about getting me in a rental and making sure that I wasn’t stranded without a car. She’s taken such great care of me. So far with the car trouble, I haven’t been a huge fan of Kia’s cars. But with her at the helm, I would definitely consider staying in the Kia family for buying another car! Appreciate all that she and the other advisors do! More

Had my car towed in because it wouldn’t start and shortly before that a red oil light illuminated on the dash, even though the oil was full and recently changed. Szymon was more concerned with selling me on before that a red oil light illuminated on the dash, even though the oil was full and recently changed. Szymon was more concerned with selling me on a $2400 repair, even joking, subtly bragging to his coworker next to him, than *actually* investigating and diagnosing why my vehicle would not start at all. Needless to say my experience at this dealer and with this service was the worst experience I have had with any maintenance personnel ever. Will not return, will never buy or recommend Kia for anything ever again. More
