Helen, we are sorry we didn't meet the expectations we all have. We know it is frustrating to have a new vehicle that had imperfections from the factory that have not been corrected yet. I have personally talked with you and your husband about getting the issues from Chevy corrected. I apologize for the communication from our team on timelines to get the issues handled.
