Salesperson was pushy but overall helpful. The finance manager I would give less than 0 stars to. We could NOT understand half of his words. What he did say was very pushy to try and get us to The finance manager I would give less than 0 stars to. We could NOT understand half of his words. What he did say was very pushy to try and get us to buy the extended warranty and even rude suggesting there was no other place we could possibly get a good oil change at for the matenance. Then told us our payment and it was over $30 more than we agreed to and he said it’s “taxes”. He has us sign everything and then says oh today is your lucky day, I can’t get the paperwork to go through so I’ll give you the maintenance plan for free! And then makes us resign everything, but all he did was trick us into the maintenance plan by first saying the price increase was taxes and then trying to get us to believe he was giving the maintenance for free. Very scummy. He didn’t give us time to read anything we were signing and didn’t explain almost anything and what he did we again could not understand. He also said that on the lease if we go over miles it would be .15c a mile but then the contract says .20c a mile. When it got to the paperwork about our trade in, the amount we agreed to was different than the amount on the paperwork officially and he tried to get us to just sign!sign!sign! Right past those numbers. It took forever and Overall was a really bad experience. More

Update: Mr Andrews,Mgr, finally returned call and said they are sorry but though they Misled me ,hit my Credit hard..they had Sold the Vehicle I was calling on and Could Not help me ..and " to GO to ANOTH they are sorry but though they Misled me ,hit my Credit hard..they had Sold the Vehicle I was calling on and Could Not help me ..and " to GO to ANOTHER Dealer"! He had No resolution for selling a car as a Car Dealer Manager! Again Avoid this company! I had called in looking for a specific vehicle. I informed them of my financial status , my income , my credit and what I could afford on the monthly payment. They assured me that they would be able to get me into the vehicle! It was less than 3K! After numerous communications and my making the mistake of filling out the financial information for them to run my Credit ,with the promise that I would be in the car ....they ignored me and eventually I believe Sold the car to someone else during the month-long period of waiting!!! Don't do business with them you're better served going somewhere where they can give you legitimate answers before they do a hard pull on your credit and ruin your score. Their final comeback obnoxious as it was,was to put 3K down on the 3K Vehicle! The Manager was aware and to date..has resolved Nothing! SHOP somewhere else Where there is integrity! It is Ashamed you cannot Give Rating in the Negative! More

Our sales rep Sydney was great to work with. I just hate that in this day and age we are still haggling over price. It’s shocking to see a car sticker that says 43k but when we sign have to pa I just hate that in this day and age we are still haggling over price. It’s shocking to see a car sticker that says 43k but when we sign have to pay 51k+. It feels so shady. Just put the true price. Be honest. crazy how many “markups” you have. More

Greenway Kia North in Longwood I was trying to buy a 2k ,20 year old ,Non desirable vehicle.. And after a month of waiting and their Running a Hard Check on my Credit .... They told me they wanted 3 k ,20 year old ,Non desirable vehicle.. And after a month of waiting and their Running a Hard Check on my Credit .... They told me they wanted 3 k down! On a 2k car!!! BTW No foreclosure,No Bankruptcy Direct deposit income With over 3 years 100 percent On Time Payments on accounts! What is wrong with this picture? I told them zero down,100 per month.. From our very first communication... Not enough profit for them ? Or??? Why run my Credit when you already Know my Terms!? Don't do business with them! They think they in a Game of some type , instead of Real Life! Worse than a scamming Buy here Pay here dealer .. More
