These guys really have the stellar customer service thing down! I cannot say enough great things about Cody and Daniel! Both these guys were so kind. I had a bit of an emergency situation where my seatbelt c down! I cannot say enough great things about Cody and Daniel! Both these guys were so kind. I had a bit of an emergency situation where my seatbelt completely locked up. Both Cody and Daniel showed legitimate concern for my situation as obviously it was a safety concern. And even though my brand of car typically requires the company car maker for repairs and my car was not a Kia, they were willing to help me and fix the issue so that I did not have to drive around anymore with a non working seatbelt. The issue was fixed in a very short time and their communication with me was incredible! On top of it, they saved me hundreds of dollars. So impressed with every level of service I received from everyone in their service department and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks Kia of North Austin Service Department! More

If you need a vehicle quick go visit Sydney at Kia of North Austin! I'm a mom of 3 and I got rear ended in my minivan and for other contributing factors it was time for a new vehicle. It was the first ti North Austin! I'm a mom of 3 and I got rear ended in my minivan and for other contributing factors it was time for a new vehicle. It was the first time I was really getting a brand new car by myself and I was intimated by car dealerships and worried about inventory. Sydney helped me find my dream car in the perfect color and I was able to drive away in it that day. I got a 2024 blue Kia Telluride and I'm in love with it. Not only did she make my experience successful and productive but it was fun! I also worked with Richard for financing and he was helpful, informative and made the process easy! I highly recommend Kia of North Austin and ask for Sydney, she's amazing! More

Eager to test drive the Sorento, I found the experience delightful, with the vehicle impressing me at every turn. Sydney, my sales representative, was not only knowledgeable but also transparent, making the purchasing process a breeze. With no hidden fees, I confidently selected a financing plan that met my needs. Learning about Kia's comprehensive warranty and maintenance plans further solidified my satisfaction. Driving off in my new Sorento the same day, I felt a mix of excitement and reassurance, knowing I had made the right choice. It was undoubtedly one of the best car buying experiences I've had in over 20 years. I can't say thank you enough to Sydney and the entire Kia North Austin for this amazing experience. More
