Vehicle was taken to shop, vehicle was given to me still broken after being in the shop for 2 days. Had to get it towed back to GMC services. Still had pay for services that was not render to us. I was told broken after being in the shop for 2 days. Had to get it towed back to GMC services. Still had pay for services that was not render to us. I was told that technician was looking on goggle to determine what was wrong with it Check out the paperwork. Should have got a discount on vehicle car was in the shop 3 to 4 days was not pleased with the service and still had to pay very disappointed. More

Poor communication and communication from service team about what was done, what needs to be done and how we are moving forward. Once communicating was here are your keys. Only after we tried to take my about what was done, what needs to be done and how we are moving forward. Once communicating was here are your keys. Only after we tried to take my vehicle home was it noticed that the driver seat rail trim was broken by the service team and needed to be repaired on later day after parts arrive. This will result in another day of loss of work for us and toll bridge fee and trip back to visit the service team. Please let me know you would like any additional info. Thank you More
