I have purchased several Mazda's from Jeff Haas, has always been a pretty good experience. Would have purchased another, but they could not find what I was looking for so I purchased a Nissan. Request always been a pretty good experience. Would have purchased another, but they could not find what I was looking for so I purchased a Nissan. Requested a refund on the Gap Insurance and Extended Warranty over 2 months ago, made several calls and still no refund. Very disappointed as this is part of good customer service. So, next time I purchase a new vehicle, I will have to seriously reconsider returning to Jeff Haas Mazda as I believe customer service should always be FIRST. More

Although I paid a premium for my new CX5, I was very happy with Sutoyo professionalism. He followed up after the sale and has been very attentive throughout the process. I recently had a bad experience with customer service in honoring a deal that they are no longer available (It was available at the time I purchased my car, of course). It was rejected by new person in char honoring a deal that they are no longer available (It was available at the time I purchased my car, of course). It was rejected by new person in charge who was just following the book. Fortunately, Todd the GM was aware of the issue and got it taken care of for me. The experience at the dealership is great again. Please get with Sutoyo when you get a chance. The plus of a Mazda is the affordable price with lots of high tech specs comparing to a same year Toyota (very basic functionalities) More

Great Experience Sutoyo Sugiharto made me and my wife very welcomed to Jeff Haas Mazda. We originally looked at the CX-3 but we came out of the dealership with a Mazda Sutoyo Sugiharto made me and my wife very welcomed to Jeff Haas Mazda. We originally looked at the CX-3 but we came out of the dealership with a Mazda Mazda3 Hatchback. We love this car. this is the first Mazda we owned and loving every minute of it! I'm definitely coming back to this dealership and look for Sutoyo again for second purchase. More

Consistently great service and getting treated like family I am a 30 year resident of Houston and 80% of that time I have had a Mazda that I bought or serviced at Jeff Haas Mazda. Reason being the service is to the mark, accurate, and done professionally and with great customer service. I mutually know most of the long-time employees there by name, and yes, the coffee is nice too. More
