
Susie has been with us since 2006, who calls Hallsville, TX her hometown. Susie has been married to her husband for 31 years, and together they have a 26 year old son. As a family, they enjoy competing in RC Racing and going to NASCAR events all over the country. Susie loves to read, and loves animals even more (especially cats)! Her favorite vehicle is the Chevy Equinox because it's not too big & it's not too small! Susie is multi-talented and is willing to go beyond the call of duty. Her creative problem solving approach and winning attitude, coupled with her outstanding customer service, make her an invaluable asset to our company. In addition to her Chief Financial Officer duties, she also handles all of our MIS systems, technology issues and "Continuous Improvement" programs to help us provide better solutions!

Went there to get horn fixed, inspection, and oil change. Had an appointment. 12/11/2024 5 hours, and $263.59 I was told it was fixed and ready to go. Horn did work when I left. This is not my daily driver. 12/21/2024 drove it to Longview and noticed the horn no longer worked. Contacted Faye Hinds my "service relation manager" when I got home via email. She responded on 12/23/2024 stating she had given my information to her manager. Here it is 12/30/2024 and I have not heard back from her "manager" I gave this group a 1 star because I could not give a lower rating. I scheduled maintenance for my truck 1 week prior to bringing it in. I was promised everything would be completed in 1 day. At 4pm, I called for an update since no one bothered to call me. I was informed only 1 thing was completed in that time. This is the second time I was lied to regarding completion of service work. To top this off, after asking for the service manager to call me, I have yet to have ANYONE contact me. It would seem that no one at Bill Dickason understands customer service. SHAME ON ALL MANAGERS AT THAT LOCATION!!! More

But after the test drive & showing me all the extras, I knew I wanted it!He had the whole experience very comfortable & he wanted to be sure this was the one for me & my needs. I don't do pressure & there was none. We have always purchased & serviced our vehicles at Bill Dickason Chevy. It's simple, they care. Michael in Finance, made no demands to buy any extras during the signing. Although we did take the Axiom plan because of the value & the cost. Love my new Equinox, thanks Adrian & the entire team on a job well done!!! More
