Ric Koresky was most helpful in setting up our 2 month extension and when we did lease our new BMW Ric, Paul Kolleck, Katelyn Linnemann, Susan Ward, and Conor O'Somachain worked with us to end our existing lease, explain the features of the new car, and obtain the car and lease agreement we wanted. They were all very efficient and personable, and although buying or leasing a car is not always a fun activity, their attitude and helpfulness made the process almost enjoyable. More

BMW 340i This is the 3rd car I have purchased from the BMW Store and 2nd from Paul. Previously I had chosen cars from stock and I more or less "settled" from This is the 3rd car I have purchased from the BMW Store and 2nd from Paul. Previously I had chosen cars from stock and I more or less "settled" from what happened to be available at the time. This time around, I started early enough before my lease was up to try and understand and compare the different models and options and get exactly what I wanted. Trying to understand all of this only by using the "Build your BMW" from the web site would have been next to impossible. Paul was invaluable in helping sift through all of the pros and cons with each model and especially the option packages. I test drove different models, each with various option packages. This helped me weed out the options that were not as important and, more importantly, helped solidify the options that were "non negotiable". Paul offered recommendations when asked, but did not overtly push any option package over another. He seemed to understand what I wanted in the first place. He was patient with me during the process and there was no "you have to buy now" or "this price is only good for today" gimmicks that you might get elsewhere. The only slightly negative thing was that it took a month or so longer to get the car delivered from the factory than was indicated when I ordered it. I understand that this has nothing to do with the BMW Store or its staff. It was purely a manufacturing backlog issue with the BMW factory . Going forward and as long as I have the financial wherewithal, I plan on continuing getting my future BMWs from the BMW Store. More

Truly Responsive Buying Process I had my eye on a particular car, and contacted Brian to schedule a test drive. He was very accommodating from the get go, arranging a test drive imme I had my eye on a particular car, and contacted Brian to schedule a test drive. He was very accommodating from the get go, arranging a test drive immediately to fit my Saturday morning schedule. I was very interested in purchasing the car, but was also considering a completely different make, and Brian did a great job understanding and addressing my questions on the car features and pricing. He and Ric Koresky were terrific in working with me--no gamesmanship, but clear willingness to help get the deal done, including smart financing approaches. I felt like a valued customer, and not pressured to make a purchase. Once I made the deal, Susan Ward did a great job highlighting all the capabilities of the car, and Jemar was very helpful working through the financing. All in all, a great buying experience, and a great car! More

Before delivery a small scratch was discovered on bumper. They would not deliver the car until this was corrected to my satisfaction. This is an example of thoroughness of this dealership. Mr Morrison accommodated my schedule for a new delivery date. Ric Koresky explained in detail the minor problem, repair that was done and documented it for me. I may have not noticed the minor blemish if they hadn't told me about it. He stated they would not release a vehicle unless it was perfect. I appreciate their honesty and thoroughness. More

Excellent A few days ago, I walked into The BMW Store in Cincinnati to ask some questions about the lease-end process for my 2015 428i convertible, which was A few days ago, I walked into The BMW Store in Cincinnati to ask some questions about the lease-end process for my 2015 428i convertible, which was originally leased at that dealership; and drove-off later in the day with a newly leased 2018 M4. It had been my intention to exchange BMW's at the Tucson dealership, as I now live there 9 months of the year; however, that choice was changed by the team at The BMW store, including sales, genius, lease manager, finance manager and General Manager. Individually and collectively, they cleared up some misunderstanding I had about the process and made a fair offer for me to lease a beautiful, fully-loaded M4 in the showroom. In particular, Paul Kolleck proactively addressed all my questions/concerns and found the right car to meet.exceed my needs. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. More

Well organized from park to drive. We were looking at a used 540 and saw the new 2017 540i x-drive M Package on the show room floor. Tim began to show my wife and me the car and it sold We were looking at a used 540 and saw the new 2017 540i x-drive M Package on the show room floor. Tim began to show my wife and me the car and it sold itself. (Obviously it's BMW, although Tim helped with a lot of info on the new tech, we already own a 2008 528i) Tim Morrison took us through the sales process and was very well informed about the car and it's specs. I think I've found a good salesman for life. We were greeted at the door and helped as soon as we showed up, very comfortable, with no pressure, and Tim is a super likable guy so he fits well with the brand. All in all a great experience. Will definitely use them again!!! More
