From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was the only customer there- my x7 was parked indoors waiting for me. The attention paid to me and my family (which included two young children) was TOP notch. Susan's walkthrough was detailed, but not overwhelming.- she actually sold us our first BMW now six years ago, but her current role, suites her well. This was my second time working with Paul and he did not disappoint. His preparation of purchasing paperwork was complete prior to my arrival. His assistance in purchasing the car and answering questions was perfect. Not a detail was left untouched. Even as I exited the store with my dream car, they added a gift bag and a bow on the car (at my 7 year old daughter's request) as the perfect finish. More

He explained them and helped me choose the right ones for me. I love my BMW X3. I worked with Eric Fender in Finance. He explained everything to my husband and I and even showed us a way to save money and showed us that we had a larger rebate than we were expecting. I worked with Susan Ward to setup my key and learn about the car. She is patient and kind. I'm ready to go back and tweak my learning and I can't wait. All in all, whenever I go back to the BMW Store, everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend them. More

He also kept me abreast of my build & the shipping progress of my ordered vehicle. Ms. Ward provided me with a cogent tutorial of my new vehicle's overwhelming iDrive system. Mr. DuBose was efficient & effective in closing out my purchase. In the end, I was pleasantly surprised that the Sales Manager, Mr. Koresky, congratulated & thanked me for my business. The price we paid was very fair without any intense negotiations. Its a relaxed, friendly environment in which to purchase a vehicle.
