I was told that the vehicle would be looked at with a day or two by a technician , it was not. I was told that I would receive an update call by the end of the week, I did not receive one. It was suggested or two by a technician , it was not. I was told that I would receive an update call by the end of the week, I did not receive one. It was suggested that I tow the vehicle to another Chevrolet dealership that could get it serviced faster, so I did. The additional tow away from Mark Allen cost me an extra $200, not mention the extra week I had to pay for a rental vehicle while my car sat in the parking lot being ignored at the Mark Allen service department. More
