I’m new to this area from California. I had my lifetime oil change service package purchased from dealership when I purchased my 2021 NX300 which is literary over 25000 miles now. I sche I had my lifetime oil change service package purchased from dealership when I purchased my 2021 NX300 which is literary over 25000 miles now. I scheduled a service at BEW COUNTRY LEXUS OF GREAT NECK last Thursday but was turned down by the service department and was told that I needed to pay almost $400 for the service. That’s really ridiculous. I realized that maybe either one dealer was kinda scammed for the extended warranty service package. More

Sunjit Joshi who is supposedly the “ Service Manager” here at the lexus of great neck dealership has a nasty attitude with customers and even yells at the workers in front of the customers.
