Customer service was excellent from start to finish I recently purchased a vehicle at World Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram and it was the best car buying experience I ever had at a dealer. I worked with sales I recently purchased a vehicle at World Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram and it was the best car buying experience I ever had at a dealer. I worked with sales associate, Ken Cary, who was friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. My experience was relaxing and stress-free! I never felt pressured and I drove home in the vehicle in a couple of hours! I would highly recommend Ken! I also met with finance manager, Kristen, who was very friendly and informative about all details of the warranties and financial matters. I would like to mention Nicole Peterson who was extremely helpful and patient as she explained all of the interior features of the vehicle to me. She was wonderful! The internet team at World Jeep was also amazing! They were very friendly and supportive! Overall, I would positively recommend World Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram and their amazing staff! More

It all started with a super friendly internet team that I was communicating with via email for about a week (Amanda and Sue). I finally went into the dealership and Shane (GM) was able to locate the car I wanted which at another dealer, and gave me an incredible price. Gave me $ off the MSRP, and also applied all applicable rebates, which really saved me some money. Within 24 hours, I was behind the wheel of my new ride! Also, Allan (sales guy), Kristen (finance) and Nicole (delivery) were all wonderful. They went above & beyond to help me! No games, no gimmics, just REALLY nice people that went the extra mile for a positive experience. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a great experience buying your next car. My salesman, Roy Draper, really listened to what I wanted and didn't want. I was pleasantly surprised because I had the opposite experience at another dealership. I left with a new 2-door Jeep Wrangler which I love. It's the perfect car for me. I have already told my friends at work what a great experience I had buying it. This is my first Jeep. I have always driven small cars but was given a Jeep Wrangler as a rental car after an auto accident and loved it so much I decided to look into buying one. I'm so glad I did. I ended up getting a great Jeep for a great price. More

Great staff When I walked in I was just looking to return my lease. When I was greeted by the lady at the front desk she asked if I was interested in another Jeep When I walked in I was just looking to return my lease. When I was greeted by the lady at the front desk she asked if I was interested in another Jeep. I wasn’t sure if I was however after being turned over to tj I knew another lease was in my future. Tj was so personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. My husband and I decided to lease another Jeep Grand Cherokee. Everyone from the front desk lady to tj to Nicole to mark was very friendly throughout the entire process. I would definitely reccomend this dealership to family and friends. More
