I dropped my car off for an oil change and she kindly informed me that I was overdue for 120k service. We started discussing prices and how necessary it was and she was more than happy to work with me and provide the best option both mechanically and financially. Additionally as my car was being serviced the mechanic found additional maintenance that needed to be done to the car to keep in shape and safe to drive. Once again Susan tackled the problem in an amazing fashion and helped me set up a timeline to get all the work done that would keep my car operating safely and not break my budget! I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else! More
