Great experience! Drove my way from highland to here for my airbag replacement. The moment i parked somewhere, someone asked me if i made a reservation, I didn’t. But he asked me to go inside, park my car, and have it checked. Susan assisted me all the way, she was friendly, nice, and really gave me options to take more care of my car. Weekend crisis averted We were driving home from Vermont when the 2005 Honda Pilot lists it’s steering. We were 3 hours from home and didn’t know the extent of the issues. L We were driving home from Vermont when the 2005 Honda Pilot lists it’s steering. We were 3 hours from home and didn’t know the extent of the issues. Lia Honda customer service team was fantastic. They met us at the door like we were their regular customers, kept us up to date on what was happening with the car. We waited for the repairs and they made sure they came to talk to us every 20-30 minutes. They also assured us that even though it was a Saturday the mechanic would stay late to finish the job so we could get home that same day. Susan she was fantastic! I’m usually one to get upset in these types of situations but she was the reason I didn’t feel any anxiety at all. The customer service team was amazing and the mechanic took the time to show us the parts that were broken and what he did to fix the issue. While I didn’t want to spend 3 1/2 hours in a service center this was a very pleasant experience. Thank you !! More

Sue & Debbie are the best, and so is the entire service team The staff at the Lia Honda of Kingston Service Center is THE BEST! They are always courteous and welcoming. My Honda always comes back running like it The staff at the Lia Honda of Kingston Service Center is THE BEST! They are always courteous and welcoming. My Honda always comes back running like it's brand new, and that's after the 130K service! I can't say enough good things about the service team. Now that the service department is in its new location, it's even more of a pleasure to do the regular service appointments. The waiting area is comfortable, with complementary donuts and coffee, computer stations where you can connect to their wifi network and charge your USB devices & phones. The estimated wait time is always on target and I am always alerted if something needs fixing that will add to the estimated cost. In short, Lia Honda of Kingston is the best. It is the service team that keeps me loyal to the Honda brand. More
