I enjoyed my service at Lia Honda. Susan Kelly has always been so helpful whenever I take my car in for service. She is honest and helpful. Not just her but the rest of the service staff always seem friendly been so helpful whenever I take my car in for service. She is honest and helpful. Not just her but the rest of the service staff always seem friendly. I have been to other Honda dealerships for service that were not honest or helpful. Lia works with customers and even informs customers of potential service they need down the road (rather than trying to sell the work at the time of service). They also send helpful oil change coupons. I always appreciate the service I recieve at Lia Honda of Kingston. More

Sue Kelly, who heads the team at Lia Honda of Kingston, New York, has helped me to keep my 2004 Honda Element in tip top condition. Besides being incredibly kind and helpful, Sue and the staff are knowled New York, has helped me to keep my 2004 Honda Element in tip top condition. Besides being incredibly kind and helpful, Sue and the staff are knowledgeable, and it feels like they actually care about doing a good job. I never taken my Element for a service to any other dealership or garage for a service in 16 years, and I hope they can continue to keep my Element safely on the road until Honda comes to their senses and manufactures the amazing Element once again!
