He had options available for me and was very patient with me as I test drove each one and sorted through my thoughts so I could make sure I got a vehicle I felt comfortable in. He even worked very well with me when it came down to the financial part... doing everything he could to make sure I got the best deal so I could walk out feeling happy and very sure that I made the right decision. He was never pushy about anything, and definitely made everything go very smoothly. Especially since I hadn't bought a car in years...he made sure to explain things so I was never in doubt about anything the whole time I was in there. Even signing papers with Gavin was easy and he even made sure I knew everything I was signing, so there was no questions there as well! More

I’d go back to Dylan any day! I found the truck I wanted on car gurus and messaged the dealership to make sure it was still available before making the drive. He called me very first thing when they opened to set up a time for me and my husband to come and take a look. We drove it and had approved paperwork in less than 20 mins. The only reason that we had to wait longer was because the bank that was taking on the loan wanted a few additional things before we could finalize so some extra phone calls had to be made. But in the end he had me on the road with my brand new 2023 sierra 1500 at4x and I couldn’t have been more excited!! They also handled my trade in seamlessly. HIGHLY recommend Dylan and his coworkers, they will do whatever they can to get you on the road in your new ride! I’ve had my truck for a week and I love it!
