My son was looking for a very specific BMW and was prepared to wait until it came along. Sue was quickly able to find a vehicle that exceeded our expectations. The moment we saw the car, we knew it was the one. When we drove it, that solidified the deal. The whole process from start to finish was effortless. In my past experience, pretty much every other dealership I've been to was very pushy, time-consuming and I felt like just another number. This has NEVER been the case with Sears. Incidentally, I have all my maintenance and service work completed at Sears because I trust them and appreciate their service. It's nice when you can buy from someone who you know has your best interests in mind. My son left the lot with the biggest smile on his face; thanks to Sue Brink at Sears Imports.
