I had a problem with a Jeep Grand Cherokee that had been repaired incorrectly by another dealer. Johnnie Medina, my service advisor,worked over and beyond to get my car diagnosed correctly. I had called ahead for a specific car and tlyer Wise had it ready for me to test drive as I arrived. He was friendly and informative and I actually drove a number of cars before making my final decision. Tyler then introduced me to Stuart Brownlee who walked me through the many features of my Mazda CX-5 while he worked on the financing for the purchase. It was a great example of team sales. The whole process from test drive to purchase took about an hour and one-half. I definitely would recommend this fine dealership to anyone looking for a Dodge , Chrysler, Jeep or Mazda product. More
