Great service department had two engines in two different vehicles replaced. With only one week down time per vehicle. And being in the service business as we are we were able to get our vehicles back in ser vehicles replaced. With only one week down time per vehicle. And being in the service business as we are we were able to get our vehicles back in service for our customers. Which in return saved us time and money. Thanks to all of the employees in the service department. More

Hello everyone and please listen, my car been in the shop at Hendricks Chevrolet for 6 months and today I finally got it returned to me. Yes it was frustrated sometimes and I got very impatient. And in my heart I knew that they was doing the best they can finish my car for repair. Yes, I do admit it was really rough on the long wait But this angel, by the name of Britney Kings , she kept me calm and relaxed. She constantly reported back to me, kept me with updates and also insured me that she will stay on top of it and make sure that the job is done correct and fast is human as possible. So to Britney Kings I am thank you hundred times. More

I had a horrific experience with the Service Department. I took my truck in on the 15th to be diagnosed because my truck vibrated on acceleration once it reached a speed of 40-45mph. On the 19th, I advised I took my truck in on the 15th to be diagnosed because my truck vibrated on acceleration once it reached a speed of 40-45mph. On the 19th, I advised the service advisor Brian Bouchillon that I had couponS (plural), and he told me to bring the coupons in ONCE THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED. I did exactly as advised, and that's when everything went South. When I went to pick my vehicle up and presented the service advisor Britney with the coupons (Brian was not there), she told me that only one coupon could be used per service date. The manager Steward Pike was called to help facilitate the issue. After waiting for approximately 20 minutes, Steward Pike told me that he could not use my MAIN COUPON which was 20% off service, because it had to be "present upon write-up". Mind you, we did everything by phone because I dropped the vehicle off on the 15th, and once the diagnostic was completed on the 18th, I was presented with a list of issues via an online link. I spoke with Brian on the 19th, where I told him about the coupons I had. Brian told me to bring the coupons in once the service was completed (service was completed on the 24th), I then brought the coupons in on the 27th as advised by Brian. The service department manager, Steward Pike, even went as far as to replay the recorded conversation I had with my service advisor to verify that I was indeed told by Brian to bring the coupons in at the time I pick up my truck. HOWEVER, after Steward Pike listened to the recording, he denied me the opportunity to utilize my 20% off coupon because I didn't physically come present the coupon in person, although I was told by the service advisor Brian Bouchillon to bring my coupons when I come pick up the vehicle. To top it off, Steward Pike the service department manager, was EXTREMELY condescending & degrading while speaking to me. Steward treated me very cold-hearted and he lacked empathy, compassion, and understanding. I'm very disappointed in Chevrolet as a company. To have someone like Steward representing a reputable company like Chevrolet makes me question the values and morals that Chevrolet has. I spent thousands of dollars with Chevrolet during this particular service visit, not to mention, the Chevrolet Suburban and Chevrolet Tahoe that I currently have. Chevrolet's Mission is to provide customers with the best buying and servicing experience in the auto industry, however, I had a horrific experience mainly with Steward Pike. I was degraded and spoken to in a way that made me feel less of a human, he was very condescending and lacked empathy, respect, & compassion. Is this what Chevrolet stands for now? I'm deeply saddened, hurt, and traumatized by my experience. To add to this horrific experience, after spending thousands of dollars to fix my truck, it is STILL vibrating when I reach a speed of 40-45mph. Lord help me. So sad. More

This is a negative 10 review! ! We dropped off our truck 12/07, talked to Mark ( scheduled an appointment) told him we was going on vacation and would need the truck back 12/18. ! We dropped off our truck 12/07, talked to Mark ( scheduled an appointment) told him we was going on vacation and would need the truck back 12/18. Mark called 12/12 Tuesday. We was in port so we could call him back. He said parts had came in and would be truck would be repaired later that day. We reminded him we had to have the truck back 12/18 He said he remembered. 12/18 we went to pick up the truck. The truck was NOT READY. Then Mark changed his story… said Friday when the tech was replacing the switch, the other ones began breaking. Wait, he said the repair was done on Tuesday, 3 days earlier. Was then told the parts would be in either that day, Monday, or on Tuesday. He said they would come get the truck to do the repair because we need the truck for work. Tuesday 12-19, I called Steward Pike , told him what was going on. He told me he needed to talk with Mark to get to the bottom of it. He called me back at 11:30am. Mark was still telling the second story, which story is true? Was then told the tech did not realize the switches was in different sections. How ? He had to remove the cover to check them . He had a parts list to request the correct part (s). Was told that they were going to check on the tracking, shouldn’t this have already been done ? At 4:30 pm Mark called. No parts has arrived still. They missed the one day shipping, what does that mean ?? When was the repair actually started? When was the parts really ordered? I feeling like they DO NOT CARE, and just want me to shut up… well I am not just going to shut up! I demand answers and will contact their corporate offices and Chevrolet if necessary!! CAUTION THEY SO DO WHAT THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL ! More
