The good: no-pressure sales experience, nice inventory, knowledgeable staff, they were willing to negotiate some on the price for cosmetic damage, cute dog. The not-so-good: $389 doc fee is an insane tax for shopping there, the lifetime warranty is misleading as the ad still shows up on vehicles that don't qualify online, and I've never left a dealership (new or used) without a full tank of gas in the vehicle until this purchase. The unfortunate: after purchasing my vehicle, less than an hour into the ride home, an issue popped up with the TPMS. While it doesn't hinder operation, there is now a warning light on that wasn't an hour ago. Stuart attempted to help me diagnose the issue, but to no avail, and dropped off after a couple attempted remedies. During the sales process I was assured they would stand behind their products, even buying an engine for another customer whose vehicle wasn't under warranty. I haven't experienced that. I can only conclude that this is just an average used car dealership. More
