Was told by the salesman that they replaced the front bumper with a “brand new TRD bumper”. Noticed the bumper was not replaced and in fact was spray painted (not smooth and has bubbles), salesman said bumper with a “brand new TRD bumper”. Noticed the bumper was not replaced and in fact was spray painted (not smooth and has bubbles), salesman said he talked to the manager and was told it was not spray painted (even though they left masking tape on it). I asked him to come out to the vehicle and he would not. The next day we went to pick up the vehicle the manager came over and told us he couldn’t believe how much it cost to get a red pinstripe put on the front but would do that for us, and gave us a number to call to make an appointment to have it fixed. Once he left the salesman came back and said he told the manager it did look like crap and needed to be fixed. We assumed they were going to redo the bumper when they add the pinstripe. That did not happen. Called the people that were putting the pin stripe on, the lady said she knew the car because they painted the bumper, hmmmm thought it was a “brand new TRD bumper” Very disappointed with management would lie to their customers. More

I took my 2016 Toyota 4-Runner to Sierra Toyota for servicing this morning, 8 August 2024. The staff I encountered was so helpful and extra polite. Everyone who helped me was very knowledgeable and f servicing this morning, 8 August 2024. The staff I encountered was so helpful and extra polite. Everyone who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I did not have a long wait plus I am grateful to Carlos Herrera, Adam Valencia and Steven Vanatta for their excellent customer service. Steven, you should be a teacher because even though I am a 70+ grandmother, I understood your lesson you gave me about using the Navigation system on my Toyota! And thank for your business card in case I should have future questions. Also thanks to the gentleman in the parts department and to the lady at the payment window who were also so very nice (sorry I didn't get your names). I look forward to seeing all of you in the future. More

Steve and Sierra Toyota made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. They really care and are up front and honest. Even the purchase contract was simple and straight forward - no hidden f experience I've ever had. They really care and are up front and honest. Even the purchase contract was simple and straight forward - no hidden fees. I would definitely recommend both Steve and Sierra Toyota when looking for a car, and I don't give reccomdations lightly. Steven was very helpful in finding a good car and one in my budget! He was very friendly and easy to speak with.
