Buying the The jeep Cherokee with Steve was cool other than I had mentioned that the steering was off during the test drive and it was supposed to be looked at before I had left for an alignment. Purchase the vehicle as a certified used come to find out I was sold a vehicle with blown out control arms and ball joints. I’ve had the vehicle for 3 going on 4 months now and had it diagnosed literally the day after I signed the contract Kelly has been very dismissive and and shown to take no action I was even told that it was my fault for not coming to have the car repairs when it was her responsibility to reach out to me when they arrived the first time so I’m still waiting two weeks past when I was told they would arrive from being on back order the second time can get through to her phone line at work can’t get a call back from leaving a voice mail and the sales person can never seem to find her at the desk so maybe buy a car from her but be extremely diligent and if you ever do need a service and get Kelly respectfully decline More

I am awe at the wonderful service that I received at this dealership when inquiring about a potential purchase. He let me know that the vehicle was still available and from there started the car purchase process, without ever having to leave my home. Everything was sent and approved over the phone and I came in on Saturday April 23 to pay and pick up my vehicle. The finance manager Marty was also a gem to work with and very helpful in breaking down my coverages and payment information. Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service & sales! I Wanted to purchase a grand Cherokee & went out there on their late night, was told we couldn’t do anything that night as the credit unions/banks were Wanted to purchase a grand Cherokee & went out there on their late night, was told we couldn’t do anything that night as the credit unions/banks were closed. Sales guy told us the only way he could hold the car for us & not show it to anyone else was if we left a $500 deposit. We left the $500 deposit, sales guy calls my husband the next day & says his manager approved the sale of that car for another salesman. LOL what a joke! Then instead of refunding our deposit immediately he tried sending us other Jeep’s with double the miles for the same price😂 what a joke! I still would like to know, what is the point of your “deposit policy”?? The only thing the manager cared about was pushing that $35,000 car off the lot ASAP! He could have cared less that we put the deposit assuming we were getting that car! I would NOT recommend buying your vehicle from this dealership! Lies lies lies!!! More

I purchased a Jeep from Steven on November 24 2020. I called him to test drive a Cherokee and he had the vehicle I wanted to test drive plus another one of the same year and model. The second one he had called him to test drive a Cherokee and he had the vehicle I wanted to test drive plus another one of the same year and model. The second one he had on his lot had new tires and a panoramic sunroof and the same mileage and just a couple hundred dollars more. It was a no brainer after I test drove it, so I bought it. So far so good after 2 days. I will have no problem using Steven in the future for any other purchases . More
