I had a mixed experience with Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale. Steve was excellent during the purchase of my new vehicle, but issues arose afterward. Unfortunately, promised documents were sent to the wrong address with incorrect information with my personal information, leading to additional sales tax charges (Which still has not been rectified).Despite reaching out to Ryan in the finance department for resolution, I faced delays and lacked clear answers. The shipping process lacked communication, and overall, the team's follow-up fell short. There was a point where the manager named Mike had to reach out to me to tell me the status of the vehicle and if it had left the dealer. While Steve was helpful, the overall experience was marred by these issues. Additionally I'm not even sure the car was serviced before selling it to me, I took it to a local dealer in my home town for a post purchase inspection and they said it was overdue for oil change and other fluids.. Update: After my review of the dealer, Robert contacted me with an updated buyer's order containing accurate information reflecting the purchase. Additionally, he addressed my concerns regarding the servicing of the vehicle and explained why it wasn't serviced in Arizona, addressing all other issues I had raised. More

Best Mercedes Store in Scottsdale I am writing this review, because I have been a customer of another Mercedes store north of this one for many years. Since the buyout of this store th I am writing this review, because I have been a customer of another Mercedes store north of this one for many years. Since the buyout of this store the service and prices have deteriorated . I walked into Mercedes of Scottsdale today for the first time and was greeted enthusiastically by Steven Williams who listened to my needs and escorted me to 2 vehicles which were perfect for me. After we test drove the vehicle we sat down and spoke about a price for the car and my trade. After that he brought in the sales manager Matt Piccillo who was very easy to work with; and did everything he could to make the deal happen. Needless to say I drove the new Benz out within an hour. I recommend this place very highly. From Management through sales and service this is your place! More
