Have a low mileage (under 40,000) 1994 YJ Wrangler. Had initial diagnostic with the related routine maintenance done by FoCo Jeep (aka Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Ram). This past summer FoCo Jeep sent me a text indicating time for follow-up maintenance. Some additional service (@ significant cost) related to the age of the vehicle was also due. FoCo Jeep installed a new battery this past September. Took the Jeep in this past October for the necessary work. Had FoCo Jeep put new tires on it as well. FoCo Jeep does my oil changes too! The service team (Stephen Slack) and support staff (Stephanie Baty) were tops in my book - friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. The tech team provided abundant detail of the diagnostics, work performed, even work not performed or not necessary (to be included on the invoice). On a recent Sunday afternoon, my 2021 Rubicon 4xe broke down in Fort Collins, an hour way from my home. Jeep Roadside Assistance determined the best repair facility was Fort Collins Jeep, a dealer I had no down in Fort Collins, an hour way from my home. Jeep Roadside Assistance determined the best repair facility was Fort Collins Jeep, a dealer I had no prior experience with. Despite not having an appointment, Steven from Service called me first thing the next morning. He was both empathetic and transparent, setting the expectation that, being booked out as far as they were, they likely wouldn’t be able to even run diagnostics on my Rubi for one week. Instead, Steven and his team had my 4xe repaired and ready for pick up that Thursday evening, in just 4 days. They went over and above, test driving my Jeep 3 times to ensure the issue had truly been resolved. I cannot thank Steven and the Fort Collins Jeep service department enough for their exceptional customer service and kindness. Even though they are an hour away, I’m seriously considering taking my Jeep to them from now on. Thank you all so much! More
