Did not explain why they couldn’t balance the truck or why this is my 2nd torque converter in 2 years with only 10,000 miles. Said brake pads were fine. They are grinding and warped. I took it to anoth why this is my 2nd torque converter in 2 years with only 10,000 miles. Said brake pads were fine. They are grinding and warped. I took it to another shop today to replace. Didn’t check my fluids. The other shop send pictures. Radiator fluid was almost empty. They said it was very dangerous to drive like that. Your Service advisor was drunk when he finally returned my call after 3 days of dropping truck off to tell me what was wrong with the truck. No courtesy wash and truck smelled of pizza when I got it back More

I have been patiently waiting for a call back for an appointment to the body shop. I have been there twice and have been told that I would hear back the next day or the following day. So more than likely again I will have to initiate contact. That’s not the way a responsible dealership should operate ! More

Dear Mr. Jim Doyle, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience at your dealership. I brought my truck in for Jim Doyle, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience at your dealership. I brought my truck in for service due to an issue that has persisted since the date of purchase, approximately one month ago. Unfortunately, despite the initial service appointment, the problem remains unresolved, and I have now had to schedule another visit to address the same concern. During my most recent visit, I was assisted by Service Advisor Steven Sellick. Regrettably, his demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. Upon my arrival with my two-year-old son, Mr. Sellick appeared visibly irritated and made me feel as though assisting me was an inconvenience. When I inquired about the expected wait time, I was told it would be no more than an hour. However, I ended up waiting over two hours for a routine tire balance. I am extremely frustrated that a vehicle I purchased so recently continues to have unresolved issues, and the lack of courtesy and efficiency during the service visit has only added to my dissatisfaction. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and addressed accordingly. I would appreciate timely resolution of the vehicle issue, as well as assurance that future service visits will reflect the level of professionalism and customer care that one should expect from a reputable dealership. I brought in my Mustang Mach E for degraded audio issues and headliner coming apart. The audio was not repaired and headliner shoddily glued back in place. Grease on my steering wheel, my door and front of my truck. Someone with greasy hands decided they wanted some of my gum i had in my truck. So nasty for someone you don't know with dirty hands grabbing truck. Someone with greasy hands decided they wanted some of my gum i had in my truck.
