They’ve improved since I was last there years ago—the communication is better and the service process is more streamlined. The report also said my alignment was good—then they texted and recommended an alignment. Makes me wonder how thoroughly they actually inspected my car. So far the work seems to be fine, albeit very, very expensive. More

I scheduled my appointment for a recall. I was told it would take 3 hours to complete. Since I would be there I included an oil change with the recall. The oil change was not due when I incl I was told it would take 3 hours to complete. Since I would be there I included an oil change with the recall. The oil change was not due when I included it. Upon arrival I asked for the shuttle to drop me off. Well two hours later I was told the recall could not be done (that was the reason I scheduled the service) due to the parts were not available. So no shuttle service and no recall service along with missed appointments. More

I came in for a head lamp replacement expecting one hour or less wait time. As it turned out the replacement bulb was bad. I waited 2 1/2 hours before they realized the replacement bulb was the issue. Eve or less wait time. As it turned out the replacement bulb was bad.
