He patiently answered my many questions about the CX-30, let me take my time checking out one they had in stock, and accompanied me on a test drive that gave me ample time to get to know the vehicle. He was knowledgeable, patient, genuine, and kindly followed up in a couple of days without any high pressure sales tactics. While we didn't wind up buying a Mazda this time around (for unrelated reasons), Steven and Mazda of Gladstone will be the first stop when we do in the future. Keep up the good work! More
