The end result was perfect, I was able to complete the purchase at the expected price and my car was delivered to me in Long Beach the next day! They also held the car for me based on my word on the phone alone, which I really appreciated given that I live a couple hours away from the dealership. Larry, who delivered my car via flatbed, was also superior. I love my new (preowned) X3 and would recommend these guys without hesitation.
