I am giving them 0 rating. Had a terrible experience. Bought a Rav4 2021 used. First, I was there almost 5 hours. I tried the car once and when I asked to see it again, I w Had a terrible experience. Bought a Rav4 2021 used. First, I was there almost 5 hours. I tried the car once and when I asked to see it again, I was told it was in detailing, so I was not given a chance to inspect it. I finished when they were closing. I am the one who reminded the sales guy (Steven) that I needed an extended warranty, and I am glad I remembered, he said "oh I thought you would not want it!!!! "Am I not to choose what I want??? When I took the car home, I realized 1- it had no user manual, 2-it has 785 miles more than what was stated in the contact, when I told them, they said we will correct it, and they did not. 3-it gave me battery low 4-The car back door did not open for 3 days. I had to go back to the dealership to get things fixed. I met with the Service Manager Josh who was nice, he inspected the car and made sure everything was working. They do not do any discounts and when I asked, I was told by a car broker later that the car should be $2000 cheaper. They agent was disrespectful to me and my daughter did not feel comfortable. Even the sales manager Qasim, he sends you an email that if you need anything to talk to him, and when you ask for him, he sends someone else who argues a lot (Ron) because you have a problem that they caused. They do not provide you with Toyota app advantages like Sirus FM... unlike other dealerships when you purchase even a used car. Also, you have to wait for your papers to be sent unlike what I was used to with Conicelli Toyota, where you get everything in one shot. This is my 4th Toyota car; I got the 3 from Toyota Springfield, where I had no problems. I did the mistake of leaving them for Ardmore. Will never go there again. I have proof of all of that. More

Steve was very knowledgeable about the used car we were interested in, and very patient with our questions. It was a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and everyone was attentive but not aggressive. Steve went out of his way to ensure we had the best loan rate possible. The whole experience was as pleasant and uncomplicated as possible. More

Every time I walk into Ardmore Toyota I am greeted by someone who is happy to see me. I always feel welcomed and they take care of me. Cliff and his sales team is always prepared with more than one option to fit my car buying needs. When we thought we were getting a Corolla, we were presented upon arrival with budget friendly options and came home with a Corolla Cross that is exceptional. We love it! The paperwork could not have been easier, and I credit that to our sales rep, Steve McGuire and Finance manager, David Yu. They are both knowledgeable professionals who take the pressure off and make it process simple. I always feel good about buying a car at Ardmore Toyota. Cliff and his team are awesome! More

I purchased a previously owned Toyota Avalon form this dealer a number of years ago at the time was satisfied with the car and the staff at that time. Recently my wife and I went there to see about buyin dealer a number of years ago at the time was satisfied with the car and the staff at that time. Recently my wife and I went there to see about buying a new RAV4. Before a test drive I was asked to produce both my drivers license nad my auto insurance card. This is something new to me. Of all the dealers we have gone to, none have asked for us to show our insurance card. Secondly, not only did not want to make a copy of my license, they wanted to scan it into their computer data base. So instead of my information being used for their security while I was there and then being gotten rid of, all my information could be stored on their data base. I did not want to have this done. I told the salesman he could copy my license and then we were done I wanted that copy destroyed At first he seemed to comply with my wishes, however he then told his supervisor. The next thing I knew, his boss came over and told me that “ in order to proceed they would need to scan my license. Why I asked, He said it was for protection from identity theft. I immediately told him we were not going to proceed and we left. Identity theft, Really? Who’s identity was he protecting.Certainly not mine. We have purchased a new car from a different dealer. It’s amazing how some companies and their employees think that they have the power to create rules that we are asked to obey without question and total disregard for our security or wishes. Hope they lose more sales do to their obvious disregard for the rights of prospective customers. More

Twice I went in and both times I WALKED OUT without a trace of any real number. "Is this something that you will commit to today?" "Can you put another $5,000 down?" Over and over and even more of the same via TEXT MESSAGING... for days. The second time I went in they wanted me to test drive a Tacoma, since the 4Runner was seemingly impossible for me to get in to. I just did it to waste more of the dealership's time. Sorry, not sorry, it just went too far. I repeatedly told them that I wanted financing. Still, they gave me bogus leasing numbers of 700+/month for a 4Runner? I realized the salesman didn't know what he was doing and was just holding on for dear life. The managers called me and gave the same ridiculous numbers. I got $5,500 BETTER for my trade-in at Springfield Conicelli :) and the deal was done over my lunch break. More
