I live in Lowville NY and enjoy racing dirt bikes in the summer and riding snowmobiles on the Tug Hill during the winter with my son. Steve was great. He was helpful, friendly and informative. Matt was helpful with the paperwork. Only issue was a large stain on the back seat. No attempt to clean it was made when we came in to pick up. Steve took it back to the shop and the guys sprayed some chemical on it. It seemed to lighten the spot somewhat but left a large discoloration surrounding the stain from whatever chemical was used. More
