Update: Taken Advantage Of I recently visited Edmond Hyundai for an oil change and worked with the Service Manager, Albert. He informed me that I was early for my service and advised against getting it Hyundai for an oil change and worked with the Service Manager, Albert. He informed me that I was early for my service and advised against getting it done too soon, as I only had four free oil changes remaining. This was a complete shock to me. When I purchased my vehicle, both the Sales Manager, Bryan, and my salesman, Michael, explicitly stated that I would receive free oil changes and engines for the life of the car. I even clarified this at the time of purchase, and they reassured me that Hyundai had an interest in keeping engines at peak performance. Today, I spoke with the current Sales Manager on duty, expecting an acknowledgment of what I was told at the time of sale. Instead, he dismissed my concerns and simply reiterated the current policy and contract terms, rather than addressing the clear misinformation I received. The promise of lifetime free oil changes and engine coverage was a major factor in my decision to purchase this vehicle, especially given the higher monthly payment. Now, I feel misled and taken advantage of. This is not the level of integrity I expect from a dealership, and I cannot in good conscience recommend Edmond Hyundai to others. I cannot explain how grateful I am for the service Steven, Brian, and Michael provided. Before stopping in Edmond Hyundai, I'd pulled into four other dealerships, walking the lots without anyone stopping to welcome me. I pulled up after the gates had been closed and locked to look at the new 2024 Tucson. Unlike other finance managers, Steven Lamm greeted me at the gates. Even though the dealership was closing, he walked me to the latest 2024s while Brian and Michael finished up with their last customers. All other sales staff had left for the evening, and as Steven learned more about what I was looking for, he guided me back to the main sales offices, where he introduced me to Brian Burton and, shortly after that, Michael Coleman. Brian plainly stated that he would sell me a car that night, and he did just that! Brian helped me find peace of mind by reaching an agreeable price point and finding a vehicle with more features than the ones I had walked onto the lot searching for! Michael Colemen explained all the new features and how they can work into my daily lifestyle. Michael walked me through a no-pressure sales experience unlike any other, and finalized the sale with a beautiful red bow! It was far more than just selling a lady a car. This trio was down-to-earth, honest, and hard-working men helping a lady. They stayed until nearly 11:30 that night, and I still cannot thank them enough for all the help they provided me! I made new friends and also happened to buy a Tucson! The dealership is newly designed, clean, and well-maintained. I will be recommending others! More

Edmond Hyundai was the first stop on our search for a new vehicle. After much discussion about what we actually wanted/needed, Lance J. was very helpful in showing us a few options. We have owned several S vehicle. After much discussion about what we actually wanted/needed, Lance J. was very helpful in showing us a few options. We have owned several Santa Fe models over the years and were fairly set on getting our fifth. We chose the one we liked best and made an offer. The team very quickly made us a reasonable counter offer. But since this was the first dealership we had been to, we decided to take some time and visit a few more to compare. Long story short, we ended up back at Edmond Hyundai. Hands down the best overall dealership, especially when compared to the other four we visited. We ultimately decided on a Palisade, which they had several to choose from, but not the trim pkg that we wanted. So they found one in Nebraska and had it delivered to us a few days later. Even though we chose a lower pkg than the available cars on the lot, we were never pressured to buy more than what we needed/wanted. They made us an offer that we quickly accepted, breezed through financing and was on our way in record time! Easiest/fastest car buying experience we’ve ever had. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and nice to work with! More
