Disappointed that JU lost the 2nd key for the new Ram Longhorn. Malik arranged for 813 Key to come out with a new key. They had no Longhorn key but another Ram key fob that lacks the aero key. Hopeful Longhorn. Malik arranged for 813 Key to come out with a new key. They had no Longhorn key but another Ram key fob that lacks the aero key. Nice and competent salesman. Nice facility. Huge inventory. I ended up with a great new Jeep at a great price. Did not like the internet "bait and switch" price approach. Had to Nice facility. Then had to fight over add on items that were not wanted nor clearly disclosed. Poor experience with finance manager. In the end, I am happy with vehicle and price but did not like the buying experience at all. More
