The 2 sales guys I work with were great and very professional. Some of the best I have ever worked with. Craig got us started over the phone and the next day he was out so Jesse got everything fin professional. Some of the best I have ever worked with. The new truck was missing the floor mats and it is 4 hours to our house from the dealership so this was a big deal for us. Patrick in the finance department was the best finance guy I have ever worked with. This is my 8 vehicle purchase in 12 years and he was by far the best. More

I was told I could get an oil change and tire rotation in two hours, while I waited. 3 hours later I checked with the adviser and they hadn't started. Ordered a seatbelt to replace a broken one on my Wra two hours, while I waited. 3 hours later I checked with the adviser and they hadn't started. Ordered a seatbelt to replace a broken one on my Wrangler. Was told the seatbelt would be in by Tuesday the following week and they made me an appointment for 7:30 am. Monday evening I called to see if my part was in; it was not. They pushed my appointment to Wednesday. Called then Wednesday morning, and of course the part still wasn't there. Not even a call to give me a heads up that the part didn't arrive either time. They pushed my appointment to today for the seatbelt replacement and an alignment, knowing I was trying to get this done before a long trip the following day. I dropped my vehicle off almost 2 hours earlier than my appointment; I already had trust issues from our previous dealings.. Called multiple times and left messages asking for an update on my vehicle. I finally spoke to Ross at nearly 5pm, who told me that in the 6 hours they had my vehicle, they did absolutely nothing and I needed to come pick-up my vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I was not at all happy. I asked to speak to the Service Manager. Shortly they came back and asked for me to give them time to at least put my seatbelt on. Reluctantly, I agreed. After several minutes they came back to inform me that they ordered the wrong seatbelt. This is the exact same level of service I have come to expect from Mclardy Daniel's since I've had my Jeep and before, when I had my Ram. Hands down the worst service, communication, reliability, and customer service I ever remember having the unfortunate opportunity to be on receiving end of. My recommendation is that you don't waste one minute of your time trying to get service from this dealership. More
