I met with Mitchell who had Stephen work with me to show me the truck, test drive, and run the numbers. It was a quick negotiation as the RAM 1500 was well priced in my estimation and research. Fair offer on my trade-in and no let's talk to manager shenanigans. Ghulam took me over the options educating me on protections available to me without high pressure sales. Financing was straight forward. I arrived in the morning and left that afternoon with my used RAM. Stephen was so wonderful a person and very helpful the whole time...even let me know of a great lunch place nearby while I waited. I'm going to do another deal here again in the near future with my other vehicle when the time comes. Thank you so much. I dread buying vehicle with the slick backed suited up folks who I feel are just trying to stick it to me and laugh at me behind the walls. Not so here!!! To start we had driven out to view a 2023 jeep wrangler 4xe and take it for a test drive, we had walked the lot a bit perusing the inventory, and made our way into the front office. Upon entry we were immediately greeted by a sales rep, even though he was busy with 2-3 clients he made it a point to address us and get us any assistance we had needed, from there we were greeted by and assisted by Steve Day. Steve was very effective and efficient in helping us not only test drive the wrangler but also initiate and begin the lengthy purchasing process while also adequately assisting another client he had at the time. To our surprise at no point did we feel like a burden or put out of the way which was quite the contrary to what you would expect at a busy dealership. Once we were able to get pass the technical difficulties and computer issues we were swiftly brought into the financial office of Ghulam Asghar. If you want to purchase a car and receive no hassle, no dishonesty, and no headaches i cannot recommend Ghulam enough, he was clear and concise about every detail pertaining to the financing and additional packages and benefits we could possibly want, he brought every concern we had to the attention of the GSM Dennis, who immediately understood and offered immediate compromises and solutions to all our concerns, if there was any team that could make the car buying experience as streamline as possible this dealerships certainly one of the best examples.
