My parents are in their 80's. They have purchased 3 cars from Kia in Crystal River. They get mail to come in and change the car's oil every 30 days. When they go there for the oil They have purchased 3 cars from Kia in Crystal River. They get mail to come in and change the car's oil every 30 days. When they go there for the oil change they try to sell them a new car. That is why they are on their 3rd car with massive interest due. Today 2/14/25 they found a crack in the passenger window. I searched the internet and found that this is a common problem with the windows. They went to Kia to get the window repaired and Kia would not honor their product. Kia would not replace the defective window. I think President Trump should review what the company KIA and what it does to the older population. It's not right and I would NEVER purchase from this dealer. More
