A++ great experience with Steven Bernard our salesman when we bought a Certified Pre-Owned Grand Cherokee from Jeep of Chicago. Absolute pleasure doing business with Steven and the rest of the staff. I was buying from out of state and communication is always key in making a buyer feel comfortable to fly and drive a car back from an out of town dealership many hours away. Steven nailed it, answered all my questions and was responsive ahead of time and the information provided was accurate and timely. He went the extra mile and picked me up at the airport and got the sale process rolling with a test drive, final paperwork and then I was on the road home. Steven followed up after the sale and was responsive to a couple of questions I had and wrapped everything up. Dealing with out of state purchases and titles can be a paperwork headache, but it was all smooth sailing for our title and tags. Thanks again Steven, was great to do business with you! More

Was about to purchase a 2023 Wrangler 4xe and came across a listing on Car Gurus for a 2025 with less than 10k miles for a few thousand more than the 2023.
