Brought it to the manager, I was immediately shut down and told " we don't have to disclose or obligated to give you a carfax, you can do it yourself". If you sold it back you are going to negative 10k, it's on you"... to my brother and sister in arms, take your money here so you can definitely get screwed. There are soo many predatorial companies and I found another one. Happy new years. More

I recently spent $30,000 on a Toyota Corolla at this dealership, expecting at least a basic level of honesty and service. Fast forward a few days, and suddenly I’m informed that my car was ‘priced with only one key.’ So, which is it? Misplaced or never included? They fed me a story to close the sale, then conveniently flipped it once my money was in their hands. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere that doesn’t operate with such shady, bait-and-switch tactics. More
