Where should I start, first one of the finance guys tried to finesse me into an extended warranty on a vehicle that was already a CPO instead of just extending the CPO warranty for $1000 less. Luckily a diff to finesse me into an extended warranty on a vehicle that was already a CPO instead of just extending the CPO warranty for $1000 less. Luckily a different finance person was nice enough to fix it for me. Now I’m 2 days into owning the vehicle and it’s struggling to start, I have a uconnect error saying it needs service and there’s a loud clunk sound when I shift from park to drive. For bonus, I just checked my engine air filter and it’s filthy. I would think all of this would have been corrected on a CPO vehicle and I’m severely disappointed. Tried calling to see how the 3 day satisfaction guarantee works and was told I couldn’t speak to a manager and would have to come in. Buying a car is stressful enough without the crappy added experience. More

Steven was great very helpful and my favorite part was that he wasn’t pushy at all. I’ve dealt with other car salesmen that you can tell all they care about is the sale.
