I came to Burleson Nissan to get some maintenance done on my SUV. I was sent a text on other items that needed to be replaced. We took our Nissan Rogue to Burleson Nissan to have its CVT checked. This was because our vehicle started to become jittery all of a sudden and it seemed to be loosing power when running from stop. They w CVT checked. This was because our vehicle started to become jittery all of a sudden and it seemed to be loosing power when running from stop. They were able to rebuilt the transmission as it was still within the extended warranty but it took them like almost a week to wait for parts. I’m happy and grateful that our vehicle was fix, although, it was very inconvenient that they weren’t able to provide us with a rental for the whole duration of the repair. Also, they were not that good in giving updates regarding the status of the vehicle. We still have to call them almost everyday just to ask for rental car and to know if our car has been fixed already. More

My under warranty Nissan Leaf needed a tow to a Nissan dealership. The Nissan recovery service did not offer Burleson Nissan as even an option even though I live in Burleson. I forced the system to take dealership. The Nissan recovery service did not offer Burleson Nissan as even an option even though I live in Burleson. I forced the system to take my vehicle to the Burleson dealership. I can see now why Nissan Recovery did not recommend I take my car there. It has been with them 2 1/2 days and despite making 4 calls to them for progress reports I have had no responses. Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be demanding to speak to the Service Manager/GM tomorrow. More

Every vehicle I've bought from here has had issues. I had a recall on my car and was NEVER informed. It was also apparently fixed on my last visit and wasn't informed of that either.
