Loyal KIA brand customer since 2004. I have owned over 9 KIA vehicles. My 2023 Sportage is pampered like a baby and serviced religiously at Matthew's. (Also have been loyal at this deale I have owned over 9 KIA vehicles. My 2023 Sportage is pampered like a baby and serviced religiously at Matthew's. My drivers seat is failing in several sections and KIA nor the dealership is willing to stand by their product.
