Worst experience I have ever had! Terrible experience. First I had an appointment and when I get there ivan told me they can't do some of the things I had my appointment for. Then they Terrible experience. First I had an appointment and when I get there ivan told me they can't do some of the things I had my appointment for. Then they recommend I get my belts replaced so I did and of course they messed those up and I had to come back (they made them too loose). Then when I called to tell them they messed my car up with the belts they said they could give me a ride home no problem and pick me up. I waited over 45 minutes and my service person Steve forgot about me and I had to remind him I was waiting. I called to see if my car was done and I got hung up on and passed around three times. Ivan said he would be here to take care of me on Thursday and I get here and he is off for the day. Why couldn't he just tell me that? He told me to come to him bc he knew the situation. Steve was trying to help fix it but was so busy he was short with me and forgot about me. More

Fast, Friendly, and cheaper than i thought. I went in for an oil change and was met immediately by Steve wollack.
