Brought in for both headlights out. Invoice shows verification that both lights were out. Replaced driver’s side headlight housing, no information provided as to how passenger side was Invoice shows verification that both lights were out. Replaced driver’s side headlight housing, no information provided as to how passenger side was fixed, but was working when the car was given back. Taken back following weekend because driver’s side blinker wasn’t connected. Now the passenger side headlight is not working. Have given this place almost $2,000 for important work which has not been reliable. I do not trust them. Beginning to suspect I’m being taken advantage of. More

We are exceptionally pleased with the Service Department at KIA of Everett! While waiting for our vehicle we were greeted by everyone who walked past us. Service was excellent, the vehicle had been taken to Bellingham Kia multiple times and had not been fixed. At Bellingham Kia they were using process of elimination to fix the problem at the customers ex Bellingham Kia multiple times and had not been fixed. At Bellingham Kia they were using process of elimination to fix the problem at the customers expense and time. The service and the customer relations there at Everett Kia is outstanding, they kept us up to date on the repair timeframe and the issues the vehicle had. Steve Weedin restored our faith in Kia and was very professional. This is the customer service everyone needs to experience. Unlike the Bellingham branch. More
