Service department is a scam. I took my car in for a free oil change and they claimed I needed to replace my brand new battery as it was about to fail. I declined, and the next ti I took my car in for a free oil change and they claimed I needed to replace my brand new battery as it was about to fail. If you get oil changes here ALWAYS decline the maintenance they try and upsell you. My wife was duped when they said her rear brake pads were low and needed to be replaced. She agreed to have the brake pads replaced. When she picked up her car they billed her $700 for flushing the brake lines, and new pads and rotors More

Best service experience EVER! I bought my Ford in Winston-Salem, NC, but now live and work in the Baltimore area. I had a factory recall service performed at the W-S dealership and I bought my Ford in Winston-Salem, NC, but now live and work in the Baltimore area. I had a factory recall service performed at the W-S dealership and they made a mistake that did not surface until after I drove back to Baltimore a few days later. I took my car to Apple Ford Lincoln expecting to get a lot of double-talk and excuses about how they could not fix a problem another dealership caused, but I didn't! Without an appointment, I was lucky they had a no-show, they had my car on a lift and fixed by the time I finished my free cup of coffee. Best part...NO CHARGE! They said they did not need to replace parts and the time was not undue. They could have turned an unfortunate situation into a "Who'is going to pay for this" nightmare, but they took the high road and helped a fellow dealership far away. Great service...Great Team! Thank you Steve and Curtis...I'll be back. More

It's about 40 miles I purchased my Ford Escape in 2013 as a Certified PreOwned Vehicle, knowing I would have oil changes for life at this dealership. It's about 40 miles from where I live, so the more in depth maintenance, I may have to take to a more convenient dealer. However, on a recent trip to Apple Ford, there was a miscommunication regarding my appointment, and Curtis Ford, the Service Manager worked with Steve Watts, one of his colleagues to rectify and fix the situation. I was so pleased and felt well taken care of--and received more direction for future visits regarding my oil changes for life. They have a good team at Apple Ford, including the sales force, Stanley Liu, who sold me my Escape. Thank you! More

I have always had a great experience with everyone that I have dealt with whether it was Allan or Joe in the Fast Lane or Steve or any of the guys in the full service lane. The facility is clean and they take care not to mess the interior of the vehicle with grease, etc. I am always treated professionally and usually always greeted by name. The shuttle drivers that take me to/from my work location are also always courteous. I would recommend Apple Ford to everyone. More

Being short on options, we dropped it at Apple Ford's night drop on Saturday night fully expecting them not to be able to get to it until later that week. However, I received a call from Steve Watts on Monday saying they were on it. He called back and Tuesday with a status and managed to get the truck done by Wednesday noon allowing us to finish our jobs. Steve was communicative, explained clearly what the issue was and proposed a solution that made the most financial sense. He is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! More

I have a 2002 Ford Escape. My wife and I bought this vehicle new from the Apple Ford Dealership in Columbia, Maryland. We have always had the vehicle serviced at this dealership. We have always been happy with this vehicle and the service we have received from the dealership. The Escape now has over 106,000 miles. As with any vehicle with higher mileage certain engine parts that have never posed a problem in the past begin to wear out. This week we encountered such a situation. The Escape began to run with a noticable engine hesitation. We took the vehicle to Apple Ford where they quickly diagnosed the problem as an engine misfire with cylinder number (4). They indicated that we needed to replace the engine coil associated with the impacted cylinder. The service advisor, Steve Watts, worked with us to complete the required engine maintenance in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. The service lane supervisor, Curtis Ford, subsequently provided us with a much appreciated 10% discount off the overall vehicle maintenance price to acknowledge our long term relationship and loyalty to the Apple Ford Dealership. My wife and I are very happy with our Ford Escape and the lifetime of quality service that we've received from Apple Ford. More
