Excellent service management, good service advisors, average to extraordinary service technicians, good to excellent folk in parts department. Bought my car from this dealership 10+ years ago. The stell average to extraordinary service technicians, good to excellent folk in parts department. Bought my car from this dealership 10+ years ago. The stellar aspect of the service department is the Service Manager: I know cars and I can catch a sloppy technician nearly each time. This Service Manager, Dan Geist, knows his stuff, is honest and he is not defensive. So i like going bavk to Glanzmann. More
