Steve broke it down by every nickle and dime, to show what the best and final price would be. He was personable and just a great man! My mom has been leasing all her life as well and she said multiple times when we left and to my dad that it was the BEST experience at a dealership she ever had. No one was pushy, everything ran smoothly, and no issues. They also had a great snack area. The finance guy Michael Fazio (I believe that's right- I left his business card at home) he was amazing. Zero push on his end. I would 100% suggest my friends and anyone to go there. My Acura lease was coming to an end and did not have such a great experience, so I decided to try denville because of reviews and close to my boyfriends job. Best experience I have ever had! I will continue to get my vehicles from acura! Hopefully I can get the truck next time :) Going to this dealership is a must have. More

The only positive is I knew where to go and who to go to for help. I called Steve and told him what happened and would like the same exact car. He said they did not have any in stock but he would see what he could do. He called within an hour to say he located one and do I want to proceed with the purchase. I said yes and he said he would pick up the car the next day and have it ready by the afternoon. He knew how uncomfortable I was in driving the rental. He picked me up at my home and brought me to the dealership to get the new car. Even though it was the same car he went over everything just to make sure I understood. He introduced me to the service mangers. Also a very pleasant experience working with Michael Fazio o the financing. More
