After that Frankie came out and introduced himself to us and sat with us for a bit while paperwork was getting ready and even recommended a restaurant for dinner tonight and printed out a menu. We met Steve and was quickly able to make a personal connection as his daughter currently owns a 2006 MDX, so he was able to give us a rundown of differences ( other dealers gave a general statement of its a whole new car, there are many differences - which wasnt very helpful). Steve was courteous and knowledgable and helped us through the initiation and completion of the transaction and was a pleasure to work with.
