I went to a few dealerships before I purchased my 2021 Acura RDX technology package. I went to denville to take a look at them before making my final decision. After talking to the Acura dealership in Mid Acura RDX technology package. I went to denville to take a look at them before making my final decision. After talking to the Acura dealership in Middletown New York I was not happy with them and decided to go back to denville and talk to Steve Victor who’s a senior sales representative. He helped me tremendously and was very honest with me. I went on a Thursday 10 minutes before they closed and Steve Victor was there to help me out after they closed. I bought 3 cars over the years from this dealership. I will never buy from them again. Somehow Ethos insurance was "mistakenly" added to the price with some other numbers so my out the door price wasn't will never buy from them again. Somehow Ethos insurance was "mistakenly" added to the price with some other numbers so my out the door price wasn't what was originally discussed. Shame on me for signing the documents and trusting that what we discussed is what was done. Make sure you review the paperwork thoroughly. They did correct it once I came back and told them. I can only be mad at myself for not reviewing before signing, it but shame on the dealer for not doing the paperwork "accurately". More
